About
I’ve spent many happy hours both practising and teaching, I'm always curious to listen and to learn more. Everybody is welcome to my yoga classes, we all have a different skeletal system and everyone is working with their own range of movements.

My invitation to you is to turn up every time, as you are, tune in, breathe and be.

Come along and feel for yourself what the classes are about.

Classes 

Weekly hatha Yoga classes

Who can attend?

Everybody :)

Both Tuesday evening and Thursday lunchtime classes, start with a centering followed by breathwork and then a series of poses (asanas) before finishing with a guided relaxation. 

 

Each class will guide you through your full range of movement, working on your flexibility, strength and balance.

You may find too that you gain great stillness and peace of mind after class and sleep well .

Monthly yin classes

Is yin for me?

Come and feel the benefits of this wonderful practice and find out for yourself.

You might benefit if you feel stressed, when life feels fast, your muscles might feel stiff, your mind is busy. 

Step into stillness, find your edge and stay with it.

What should I wear to a yoga class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. If you have a mat, bring one, if not I have spare. 

Do I need to have practised yoga before?

No, classes are open to all levels and all abilities. Come and join us.
